Join us to decorate the small school yard (on Ridge Blvd.) with fun chalk art & positive messages!
See your PS 102 friends from last year and make new friends too before we kick off the new school year on 9/10!
Chalk will be provided.
This is NOT a drop off event.
Parents & Guardians must attend with their children.

Enjoy a night out without the kids while supporting the PS 102 PTA!
$60 Per Person.
Appetizers will be served. Cash Bar.
50/50 & Raffles will be sold to help fund student programming (student assemblies, halloween hoopla, multicultural fair, just to name a few in school events!)
Tickets are limited - so grab them when they go on sale on September 1st!

Get ready for Picture Day!
A schedule will be sent out letting you know which day your child's class has pictures.
Flyers will be backpacked home 2 weeks before - please fill out the form with the package and background you would like for your child's photo! Send in your completed picture day form and payment in a sealed envelope labeled with your child's name & class.
Payments Accepted:
Cash (Exact Change ONLY - No Change Will be Given, the PTA does NOT open the envelopes. Class Act Photography handles the payments.)

Vendor: The Bookmark Shoppe
Fundraiser: The PTA receives 30% of all sales made to fund Student Programming & Assemblies.
Parents are invited to shop the Book Fair with their children during their class' scheduled time slot. A class schedule will be posted on the PTA social media closer to the Book Fair.
Payments Accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay & Venmo
There will be no E-Wallet option. Please, send Book Fair money into school with your child on their Book Fair day in a sealed envelope, labeled with their name & class.
Volunteers needed to help decorate the book fair.
The Bookmark Shoppe handles set up, break down & the cash registers/all sales! Our volunteers are only needed to help students shop and keep the Book Fair organized.
A link will be shared to sign up to volunteer a few weeks before the book fair!

Students May Wear Costumes- No Props or Masks
All classes will visit our indoor version of a Trunk or Treat in the Gym!
Parents can attend during their child's class' time slot.
Class schedule will be posted on our social media prior to the event.
Volunteers Needed:
Parents & Guardians can sign up to decorate a table like a "Trunk or Treat" and give out candy and treats to students as their class circles the gym and visits each table.
Volunteers also needed for set up, during the event and clean up.

Students will enjoy a Holiday Light Show!
(The show is non denominational.)
Volunteers needed after drop off to help put together glow bracelets for our 1000+ students before and during the assembly.
A Sign up link to volunteer will be posted closer to the show date.

Our favorite PS 102 PTA holiday tradition is back for a 4th Year!
All students will receive a nutfree gingerbead shaper sugar cookie & all the supplies to decorate it in class!
Our Gingerbread Man & Woman will be on the loose - visiting classrooms!
There's so many ways you can help! Volunteers will be needed to count out the decorating supplies, to pick up the cookies and deliver them to school, and to deliver the cookies to classrooms the morning of the event. A sign up link will be shared in November.
An Amazon Wishlist will be shared in November with the supplies needed to decorate the cookies.
