50/50 & Raffles will be sold to help fund student programming (student assemblies, halloween hoopla, multicultural fair, just to name a few in school events!)

Get ready for Picture Day!
A schedule will be sent out letting you know which day your child's class has pictures.
Flyers will be backpacked home 2 weeks before - please fill out the form with the package and background you would like for your child's photo! Send in your completed picture day form and payment in a sealed envelope labeled with your child's name & class.
Payments Accepted:
Cash (Exact Change ONLY - No Change Will be Given, the PTA does NOT open the envelopes. Class Act Photography handles the payments.)

Vendor: The Bookmark Shoppe
Fundraiser: The PTA receives 30% of all sales made to fund Student Programming & Assemblies.
Parents are invited to shop the Book Fair with their children during their class' scheduled time slot. A class schedule will be posted on the PTA social media closer to the Book Fair.
Payments Accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay & Venmo
There will be no E-Wallet option. Please, send Book Fair money into school with your child on their Book Fair day in a sealed envelope, labeled with their name & class.
Volunteers needed to help decorate the book fair.
The Bookmark Shoppe handles set up, break down & the cash registers/all sales! Our volunteers are only needed to help students shop and keep the Book Fair organized.

Students May Wear Costumes- No Props or Masks
What is the Trick or Treat Trail? It’s an indoor "Trunk or Treat"! Parents decorate a themed table in the gym and hand out treats to our students as they follow the trick or treat trail! All the candy & trinkets will be provided through the PTA & donations—you just bring the fun!
*Can't volunteer? No worries - you can still attend when your child's class visits the event. A class schedule will be available much closer to the event date.
Volunteer Roles Available:
Run a Table: Pick a theme (Ex: ghosts, pokemon, Paw Patrol, Safari, Pumpkins, etc.) and decorate a table using your own decorations or PTA Halloween Decorations. You can also sign up for a theme already supplied. Then, just hand out candy and treats from your table!
Setup crew: Help Thursday before the event or Friday 10/30 at 7:00 AM.
Event Helpers: Hand out candy and guide students during the event.
Cleanup Crew: Help pack up after 1:30 PM.
*All table themes mut be age appropriate for k-5 students - not scary - and must be approved by the PTA board in advance. Email: 102ptainfo@gmail.com after you sign up and let us know your theme idea.
*Costumes encouraged! :)

Students will enjoy a Holiday Light Show!
(The show is non denominational.)
Volunteers needed after drop off to help put together glow bracelets for our 1000+ students before and during the assembly.
A Sign up link to volunteer will be posted closer to the show date.

Our favorite PS 102 PTA holiday tradition is back for a 4th Year!
All students will receive a nutfree gingerbead shaper sugar cookie & all the supplies to decorate it in class!
Our Gingerbread Man & Woman will be on the loose - visiting classrooms!
There's so many ways you can help! Volunteers will be needed to count out the decorating supplies, to pick up the cookies and deliver them to school, and to deliver the cookies to classrooms the morning of the event. A sign up link will be shared in November.
An Amazon Wishlist will be shared in November with the supplies needed to decorate the cookies.
